Calling all South Ribble residents, businesses and commuters. South Ribble Partnership is working on a new Community Strategy in a bid to make the ‘Best Place to Live in the UK’ even better. And, they need your help!

The partnership has launched a short survey to find out what people like about living and working in the area and what could be improved.

They also want to hear about how involved people are with their local community and what stops others from taking a more active role.

The survey, which is open until September 14, will help shape the new strategy which in turn will be used by organisations, including South Ribble Borough Council, to help deliver the very best services in the right way.

The survey is open to anyone who has a connection to South Ribble and a £100 voucher is up for grabs for one lucky participant over the age of 16.

Free family swim vouchers can also be redeemed by everyone who offers their views.

Councillor Mary Green, Leader of South Ribble Borough Council and Vice Chair of the Partnership, added: “We are proud that South Ribble has been voted the Best Place to Live in the UK, but we won’t rest on our laurels and we want to make it even better.

“This survey will help shape how we and others offer services and it is vital that people take a few minutes out of their day to fill it in.”
