Elite Telecom, a leading unified communications provider, has announced a £50,000 training budget in its bid to ensure that the company leads the sector with the most skilled and knowledgeable team of any telecoms provider.
The company has already invested significantly in both in-house and external staff training across all departments, often differentiating itself in a competitive recruitment market by offering training as part of a benefits package.
Amongst those who have benefited from the company’s investment in developing its in-house expertise are group account manager, Matt Adamson and senior accounts assistant, Craig Fox, who have both been sponsored by Elite Telecom to study for their CIMA (Chartered Institute of Management Accountants) qualifications.
Matt is now just one exam away from being a fully-qualified management accountant while Craig, who has been studying for only a year, has already passed six exams and has four more to sit, putting him on track to qualify in September.
