New leadership and growth events are on offer at UCLan as part of the ERDF fully funded programme for eligible Lancashire-based SMEs from the creative and digital sector.

Lancashire Forum Creative - Innovative Leadership and Business Growth Programme

New leadership and growth events are on offer at UCLan as part of the ERDF fully funded programme for eligible Lancashire-based SMEs from the creative and digital sector.  There are two different options open to participants:

A series of Think Tanks: expert-led, interactive workshops focusing on issues important to business. Each Think Tank brings together several experts to offer insights from their areas of experience. The Lancashire Forum Creative Extra: An intensive (6 month) growth programme. This in-depth programme is for senior/owner managers who want to develop their leadership skills, innovate, and grow their business. The programme features:

  • An induction session to set the scene and introduce you to your peers on the programme;
  • Sector-specific, expert-led Think Tanks including: Strategic Thinking and Planning, Lego Serious Play, Exploring Leadership, Innovation;
  • Site visit to a large regional business;
  • Learning reflection/consolidation sessions to embed learning and establish actions;
  • Innovative ‘Hack Jam’ event that uses creative thinking, technology and diverse expertise to work on a pertinent topic defined and agreed by the participants;
  • Final reflection/consolidation day and graduation.

The next cohort of the Lancashire Forum Creative Extra programme commences 28 September 2017.
