A new £8 million, 3 hectare (7 acre) industrial estate has recently been completed in the heart of Leyland.  Hurstwood Court accommodates 9,300 square metres (100,00square feet) of commercial, industrial and warehousing requirements in 15 new units, which are also within 10 minutes’ drive from the motorway network.

Further space is earmarked for imminent new, major commercial developments.  Infrastructure and services are being put in place through City Deal to bring these new opportunities forward.

The Regional Investment Site at Cuerden can accommodate major new investments on an extensive 65 hectare site (160 acre) north of Leyland.
